John Graham Jr.

John Graham Jr. is an experienced professional in employer branding, diversity, and recruitment marketing. Currently serving as a Course Instructor at Cornell University since January 2024 and as VP of Employer Brand, Diversity & Culture at Shaker Recruitment Marketing since March 2021, John focuses on creating culturally inclusive employer brands that attract diverse talent. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing at Amgen, Board Chair at the Talent Marketing Board, CEO of Ego Free Media Group, and various positions at Merck, QVC, Citizens Bank, and Mars Drinks North America. John holds an Executive Certificate in Fostering Diversity & Inclusion from Yale and additional certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida, along with a Master's in Education and a Bachelor's in African Studies from Lincoln University.
