Lady Cobham is Chairman of the Museum Prize Trust and a Trustee of the British Napoleonic Bicentenary Trust. She sits on the advisory board of Urban Adventures which is a global visitor attractions operator. In 2020 she completed her work advising on the restoration of a major Grade I London house and stood down as Director General of The 5% Club, whose members aspire to have 5% of their workforce in apprenticeships or graduate training schemes within 5 years.
For 20 years she opened to the public her Grade I Georgian home, Hagley Hall, and developed a flourishing functions business. She was executive chairman of the British Casino Association for 9 years, taking the industry through the passage of the 2005 Gambling Act. She was Chairman of Heart Radio in the Midlands and sat on the board of Heart London. She has been an adviser to Ernst & Young, City Private Bank and Park Resorts and sat on the Linley Advisory Board and was Deputy Chairman of Pagefield Communications.
