Ed Wright has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Member at Ampa since May 2021, an organization dedicated to advancing legal and professional services. Additionally, Ed has been a Partner at Shakespeare Martineau since April 2004, specializing in non-contentious commercial IP law. Prior to these roles, Ed worked as Legal Counsel at Centrica Telecommunications Ltd from April 2002 to March 2004 and as a Solicitor at Dentons from September 1997 to March 2002. Ed's academic background includes an LLB Honours in Law from Durham University, obtained between 1993 and 1996, as well as education at Campbell College Belfast from 1989 to 1993.
