Nick Jones

Nick Jones is a highly experienced employment lawyer currently serving as a Partner and heading the South West Employment Team at Shakespeare Martineau's Bristol office since October 2022. Previously, Nick held the position of Partner and Head of Employment & Business Support at Gregg Latchams Limited from March 2017 to October 2022, where collaboration with SMEs and owner-managed businesses was key. Prior to this, Nick spent over two decades at Lyons Davidson Limited, progressing from Senior Associate to Partner in the Employment Law Group, focusing on client development and providing employment law advice across various sectors. Nick's career began in seismic survey work with Swerdt & Partners GmbH before transitioning to law, supported by a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the West of England and a BA in Modern European Politics & Economics from the University of West London.
