Philip Pepper

Philip Pepper is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and leadership roles across various firms. Currently a Partner at Shakespeare Martineau since May 2014 and a Member of Ampa - Legal & Professional Services since June 2015, Philip has a strong background that includes serving as Director and Senior Associate at Cummins Solicitors and as a Senior Associate in Employment Law at Freeth Cartwright LLP. Prior roles include an Associate position at Weightmans LLP and Senior Employment Lawyer at EEF (East Midlands). Philip Pepper earned an LLB (Hons) in Law from De Montfort University between 1993 and 1997, having earlier attended Rawlings Community College and Anstey Martin High School.
