Marie Cress

Marie Cress is the Founder and Author of Whole Living, established in January 2019, providing practical tools for holistic wellness that encompass not just nutrition and exercise but also sleep improvement and relationship building. In addition, Marie has been a Director and Nutrition Consultant at Shaklee Corporation since 1994, where a flexible work environment allows for personalized coaching and lifestyle management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Training & Development Specialist at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1980 to 1988, focusing on soft skills training and sales material development. Education includes attendance at Aquinas Jr. College and ongoing studies at Shaklee University and self-directed learning since 1982.
