Melissa Kirkpatrick is a Cincinnati-based Motivational Speaker, Transformational Coach, and author, currently leading Melissa Kirkpatrick Coaching since February 2019. As the founder of Find Your Own D. R, Melissa specializes in guiding individuals towards personal and professional growth. In addition, Melissa has been an owner of Shaklee Corporation since August 1992, promoting health and wellness through nutrition and eco-friendly products. Previously, from July 2009 to December 2017, Melissa owned Lindale Golf Club, where coaching women in golf was a key focus. Melissa holds a Master of Technology in Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Northern Kentucky University.
