Brooke Wood

Brooke Wood is an Integrated Media Specialist at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since March 2023, with prior experience as a Social Media Coordinator at Upstream Rehabilitation and as a Content Specialist at Orion Associates. Brooke has a proven track record in creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, having increased following for over 1,100 accounts at Upstream Rehabilitation. Previous internships include a Communications and Design Intern position at Arbor 1 Tree Experts, where design work was conducted using platforms such as Canva and Adobe, and an Event Campaign Intern role at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, focusing on event coordination and project management. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications from Liberty University, completed in 2020.
