Kelsey Hagen

Kelsey Hagen currently serves as the Communications Manager for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since January 2017. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked at Healthcare Business Insights as both the Assistant Research Director and Research Writer, contributing to research efforts aimed at improving financial health, clinical care, and patient satisfaction for hospitals and health systems. Kelsey began a career in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut, supporting various literature and civilization courses. Earlier experience includes positions at Delaware North Companies and the Minnesota Twins, where Kelsey gained skills in sales, inventory management, and customer service. Kelsey holds a Master of Arts in Comparative Literary and Cultural Studies from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Spanish from the University of Minnesota Morris.
