Randy Williamson

Randy Williamson serves as the Tribal Chief Financial Officer for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since July 2025. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Taher, Inc. from August 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included financial leadership and capital management to support the company's growth. Randy's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Frauenshuh Hospitality Group, where financial operations were overseen during a period of rapid growth. Earlier in the career, Randy was Vice President of Private Placements at ING Investment Management, generating significant corporate debt investments. Additional roles include leadership positions at Precision Diversified Industries, ING Investment Management, Dain Rauscher Incorporated, and Norwest Bank. Randy holds an MBA in Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a B.A. in Business & Economics from Lake Forest College.
