Rosa Werthwein

Rosa Werthwein is an experienced compensation and recruitment professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst and Compensation Manager at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since February 2021, Rosa leads a compensation team while rearchitecting compensation philosophy and programs. Prior roles include Senior Compensation Analyst at SPS Commerce, where Rosa managed an Annual Corporate Merit program and consulted on compensation challenges, and Owner of Werth Consulting, focusing on recruitment and organizational development projects. Additional experience includes co-founding the International Outreach Coalition, serving as Resource Manager for PDI Ninth House, and various HR roles at organizations such as Peace Corps, Datacard Corporation, and BroadVision. Rosa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's in Education from Lynn University.
