Ryan Fritze

Ryan Fritze is an experienced educator with a diverse background in various educational roles. Currently serving as an Equity Specialist and In-Building Substitute Teacher at Shakopee Public Schools since January 2022, Ryan demonstrates the flexibility to substitute in any classroom across all grade levels. Prior experience includes roles as a Paraprofessional and Special Education Paraeducator at Aspen Academy, where Ryan contributed to both general and special education settings. Previous positions also encompass management as the Link Program Manager at Playworks and support roles within the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Education Department. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Augsburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus on History from Arizona State University.
