Masila Mani

Masila Mani is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Shalby Limited since October 2020, Masila also holds the role of Business Head for SHALBY Academy. Previously, Masila was the Founder and Director at TLTT Leadership & Coaching Pvt. Ltd and Head of Training and Development at Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, and KFC India. Masila has a strong background in strategic planning, training module creation, and performance solutions, contributing significantly to organizational growth and HR support. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Corporate Training and Development from the Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Allahabad.
