Ronda Dishon

Ronda Dishon has had a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Ronda started their career at Halliburton in 1996 as an Administrator and worked there until 2009. Ronda then joined Oasis Petroleum as an Office/Human Resource Coordinator from 2009 to 2013. In 2019, Ronda took on the role of Human Resource Director at S&B Drilling, LLC, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Office Manager at Shale Oilfield Services, LLC, starting in September 2021.

Ronda Dishon attended Williston State College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
