Rathin Vaidya

Rathin Vaidya has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the technology industry. Rathin is currently serving as the Vice President (Technology Operations) at iValue Systech Pvt. Ltd., where they lead a team responsible for IT sales and support. Prior to this, Rathin held the position of Vice President (Technical) at Shaligram Infotech. Rathin also worked as the Vice President (Technology) at SourcePro Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where they played a key role in identifying and integrating new technologies into the company's IT solutions and managing remote infrastructure. Rathin's earlier experience includes being an Area Manager at Onward Technologies, where they led a team in implementing banking solutions, and at Hinditron Equipment Mfg. Co. as an Area Manager. Rathin began their career as a Field Engineer at Usha Microprocess Controls Ltd.

Rathin Vaidya obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University between 1981 and 1986.
