Amol Sali

Amol Sali has extensive experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Deputy Engineer at GRAPHITE INDIA LTD. Then, from 2013 to 2016, they served as an Operations Engineer at Roechling Engineering Plastics (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 2016, they became a Plant Manager at Mapei, where they handled maintenance and production activities for the plant. From 2019 to 2022, Amol worked as a Plant Manager at Normet Group, responsible for production, inventory, and projects. In 2022, they joined Ardex Endura India Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing manufacturing and plant safety. Most recently, Amol joined Shalimar Paints as the Head of Projects & Engineering Paint plant, managing a major project to establish a cutting-edge paint plant.

Prior to their MBA, Amol completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at Government Engineering College, Surat - India from 2007 to 2011.
