Theo Frimpong

Theo Frimpong currently serves as Director of Nursing Services at Shalom Park, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Theo worked at ENDURA HEALTHCARE, INC. as a Clinical Nurse Resource from March 2021 to January 2022, and as a Clinical Nurse Resource Consultant at Madison Creek Partners from March 2020 to April 2021. Experience also includes serving as a State Health Surveyor and Health Compliance Officer at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment from October 2017 to March 2020, and as a BSN, RN Case Manager at Life Care Centers of America from October 2013 to October 2017. Theo's educational background includes pursuing a Doctor of Public Health at Walden University and holding a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University. Additional degrees include a Bachelor’s in Registered Nursing from the University of Colorado, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Arapahoe Community College, and an Associate of Arts in Physical Sciences from Community College of Denver, among others.
