Mohammad Husam Rezek is a seasoned professional in facilities and community management with extensive experience in the UAE's real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Facilities and Communities Management at Shamal Holding since September 2025, Mohammad previously held the position of Head of Operations at EDACOM, overseeing community and facility management for prominent developments. Over a nearly ten-year tenure at Dubai Holding, Mohammad progressed through various roles, including Director of Community Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations across multiple high-profile communities and an annual budget exceeding AED 350 million. Earlier experience at Nakheel and Schlumberger provided Mohammad with a strong foundation in community management, facility management, and operational excellence.
