Amber Sturgis has extensive experience in administrative and operations management, currently serving as the Field Operations Administrative Manager for Fire Protection at Shambaugh & Son, L.P. since February 2017, following the role of Field Operations Coordinator in the same field. Prior to this, Amber worked as a receptionist at Hilliard Lyons, where client satisfaction was prioritized, and held an administrative coordinator position at Duesenburg, Inc., gaining valuable insights into office operations and production processes. Amber's career began with a marketing specialist role at Jimmy John's, focusing on customer engagement. Amber's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Commercial Art from Purdue University Fort Wayne, obtained from 2008 to 2011.
