Ricardo Novais Pimenta

Ricardo Novais Pimenta has over 17 years of legal and human resources experience, currently serving as the Legal & HR Manager at Shamir Optical Portugal since October 2006. Prior to this role, Ricardo worked as a trainee lawyer at Aguiar-Branco & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados from October 2004 to July 2006. Educational credentials include an Executive Master in Management for Lawyers from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2011-2012), a Post Graduate degree in Labour Law and Labour Law Process from the same university (2006-2007), and a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1999-2004). Additionally, Ricardo is an alumnus of Escola Secundária Filipa de Vilhena.
