Shampoo Bars
Lyan Garritsen is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental initiatives. As the founder of Shampoo Bars since June 2018, Lyan introduced the first 100% plastic-free shampoo bar in the Netherlands, addressing concerns about conventional personal care products. Lyan also founded PAPER & BOO, which aimed to reduce plastic consumption in households through eco-friendly alternatives, and The Soap Farm, both of which have been sold. Prior entrepreneurial efforts include establishing SooLovely, a webshop for jewelry and accessories. Lyan's educational background includes studies at Aventus from 2015 to 2018.

Shampoo Bars
Shampoo Bars is opgericht door een kleine groep mensen die de wereld een beetje mooier willen maken. Onder het mom van “begin bij jezelf” hebben wij het initiatief genomen om deze webshop op te richten. Ons doel is om het gebruik van plastic shampoo flessen te minderen. Onze Shampoo Bars zijn geschikt voor elk haartype. Daarnaast hanteren we een zo laag mogelijke marktprijs, zodat het voor iedereen toegankelijk wordt. Eén Shampoo Bar staat gelijk aan 3 plastic flessen en gaat gemiddeld 80 wasbeurten mee. Shampoo Bars zijn milieuvriendelijker en (omgerekend) goedkoper dan de meeste reguliere shampoos. Samen kunnen we zorgen voor minder onnodig plastic gebruik.
