James Munro

James Munro has over 20 years of experience in Telecom and IT. James started their career in 2001 as an Account Director at Level 3 Communications. In 2003, they moved to MCI Corporation as a Channel Sales Manager. James then moved to Northrup Grumman IS in 2005 as a Commercial Sales Manager. In 2006, they joined Paychex Inc. as a Sales Consultant, where they outsourced Human Resources and Benefits Solutions to small and medium-sized business owners. In 2012, they joined National Conflict Resolution Center as a Sales Consultant, where they outsourced leadership development services to health care organizations. Finally, in 2013, they joined Shamrock Consulting Group, LLC as VP Health IT and VP of Healthcare IT, where they integrated solutions that mesh the latest network, cloud, telehealth and collaboration technologies to deliver more effective health outcomes to clients and their populations.

James Munro obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Magna Cum Laude in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 1978-1979. James then completed Graduate Studies in Organizational Behavior at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Finally, they earned a Master of Education (EdM) in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University.
