James Long, CHMM, CSD, currently serves as the Regional HSE Manager and previously held the position of Field Health and Safety Officer at Shamrock Environmental Corporation since September 2016. Prior experience includes a role as a Safety Consultant for Chevron with Industrial Safety Solutions from September 2012 to December 2015, and as an Underwater Commercial Diver at Oceaneering from September 2006 to September 2012. James Long began military service as a Sergeant of Marines in the USMC from July 2000 to July 2006, participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Academic credentials encompass a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Denver, an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Safety from San Juan College, a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Technology with a minor in Business from Southern Illinois University, and an ongoing Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene at Tulane University. Additionally, James Long holds NCCER Heavy Equipment credentials, NCCCO crane certifications, and a Class A CDL.
