Hilary Cobb is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management across the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Shamrock Foods Company since February 2021, Hilary previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at SPB Hospitality for the CraftWorks Holdings - Old Chicago brand, where responsibilities included managing recruitment efforts until a company-wide pandemic layoff in April 2020. Prior experience includes a significant role as Recruiting Manager at Punch Bowl Social, overseeing the recruitment and interview process for management positions across all locations and the Brand Services division from October 2012 to March 2020. Hilary’s educational background includes Associate of Science degrees in Culinary Management and Cultural Anthropology from Gulf Coast State College.
