Andrew McCloud (Joel)

Andrew 'Joel' McCloud began their work experience as a Customer Service Supervisor at The UPS Store from May 2006 to June 2009. Andrew 'Joel' then worked as a Research Reporter at BidClerk from October 2009 to June 2011. From August 2011 to November 2012, Andrew worked in Field Marketing at Adecco Group (@Google), where they managed a team of 9 Field Marketers and assisted small businesses and nonprofits with utilizing Google products. Andrew 'Joel' then joined Cerner Corporation in January 2013 as a Sr. Support Analyst, responsible for investigating and providing solutions for service requests. Andrew also worked as a Delivery Consultant at Cerner Corporation from November 2015 to August 2016, where they trained clients on Cerner's EMR PowerChart and assisted them in meeting requirements for the Meaningful Use program. From August 2016 to January 2022, they worked at RSA Security as an Associate Software Quality Engineer and later as a Software Quality Engineer II. Currently, Andrew holds the position of QA Engineer at Shamrock Trading Corporation since January 2022.

Andrew 'Joel' McCloud attended Missouri State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
