August Ripley has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2018, they worked as a Real Estate Agent's Secretary at REMAX Real Estate Group for two months. From August 2018 to February 2021, they were a Sales Team Member at Big Lots Stores, where they achieved exceptional results in a national charity campaign and demonstrated proficiency in enrolling customers in rewards programs. August then worked as a Guest Service Advocate at Target from October 2019 to February 2021. In April 2021, they became an Assistant Marketing Manager at APW Plumbing Heating & Cooling, a position they held until June 2022. From June 2022 to October 2022, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Shamrock Trading Corporation, where they achieved a promotion within five months. Currently, they are working as a Business Development professional at Shamrock Trading Corporation. Additionally, they worked as an Event Marketing Manager at LeafGuard since October 2019.

August Ripley attended Metropolitan Community College from 2018 to 2020, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Afterward, they went on to the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Marketing from 2020 to 2022.
