Julio Alvarado

Julio Alvarado began their work experience in 2015 at Marriott Hotels as a Banquet Server/ Bartender and stayed with the company until 2020. In 2020, they joined Whispering Hills Apartments as a Leasing Professional, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies, exceeding monthly apartments leased by 11% and closing each month at 100% occupancy rate. Afterward, in 2023, Julio Alvarado joined Shamrock Trading Corporation as a Carrier Sales Representative.

Julio Alvarado completed their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Johnson County Community College from 2016 to 2019. Julio then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at The University of Kansas from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Julio also obtained a Professional Selling Certificate from The University of Kansas School of Business in October 2022. Julio also earned a Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) certification from Whispering Hills Apartments in August 2020.
