Lauren Kurle-Bates

Lauren Kurle-Bates began their work experience in 2010 as an intern at GSA. In 2013, they worked at Bank of America as a Sales & Service Specialist. Lauren then joined Shamrock Trading Corporation in 2014, starting as an Account Representative and later becoming a Team Coordinator and Supervisor at RTS Financial. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a University Relations Recruiter before being promoted to Recruiting Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruiting at Shamrock Trading Corporation.

Lauren Kurle-Bates completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2008 to 2012.
