Nicole Ketchem

Nicole Ketchem has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Philadelphia Insurance Companies before moving on to become a Key Holder at Rally House in 2014. Nicole then joined Brownwood Country Club as a Bartender from 2016 to 2017.

In the same year, Nicole also took on the role of a Computer Lab Assistant at Coggin Elementary School, where they substituted as a teacher and taught Microsoft Word skills in the 4th grade computer lab.

Nicole's career at Rally House continued in 2017, where they first served as an Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Store Manager. Their responsibilities included daily communication with the corporate office, district manager, and store employees. Nicole also organized contests to improve key performance indicators and participated in recruitment activities.

From 2018 to 2020, Nicole worked as a Staff Accountant at Ong & Company, handling accounting tasks for the firm. Following this, they joined Hallbrook Country Club in 2020 as a Staff Accountant, a position they held until 2022.

Nicole's most recent work experience is as a Payroll Coordinator at Shamrock Trading Corporation, which they started in May 2022.

Nicole Ketchem obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Kansas from 2009 to 2013.
