Scott Strough

Scott Strough has a diverse and extensive work experience. Scott started their career in 2013 as a Member Services Representative at YMCA of Callaway County, where they assisted members with membership accounts and resolved billing issues. Scott then worked as a Member Services Representative at Prairie Life Fitness Center in 2017, focusing on membership acquisition and providing excellent customer service.

In 2017, they also worked as a Tennis Professional at Elite Squad Tennis Club, where they provided private coaching for players of all ages and co-coached youth and adult programming. Scott then transitioned to the field of technical recruitment and joined TriCom Technical Services as an Associate Technical Recruiter in 2018. In this role, they reached out to potential candidates and provided initial information on market opportunities. Scott was later promoted to the role of Technical Recruiter and took responsibility for the entire candidate experience.

Scott's next career move was as an IT Project Manager at SelectQuote Insurance Services in 2020. Scott managed enterprise projects for the Telecommunications team and provided updates to the executive team. Scott later took on the role of IT Project Manager II, overseeing multiple enterprise projects.

Currently, Scott is working at Shamrock Trading Corporation as an IT Project Manager. Scott'sresponsibilities include managing and coordinating enterprise projects involving SaSS upgrades, phone system enhancements, and IT infrastructure projects that require collaboration across IT teams.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated their expertise in project management, technical recruiting, and customer service. Scott has a strong focus on delivering results and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and team members.

Scott Strough holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management and Sociology from Westminster College (MO). In addition, they have obtained certifications in CPR and First Aid from the American Red Cross in January 2010. Furthermore, they have a certification as a lifeguard, though the institution and the specific date of certification are unknown.
