Taylor Ireland

Taylor Ireland's work experience starts in 2015 at DSI®, where they served as a Customer Success Consultant II. In this role, they were responsible for creating and updating service tickets, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and providing support for customer inquiries and technical issues. They also maintained production enterprise systems through customer-facing support and self-performed managed services.

In 2021, Taylor moved to Fire Door Solutions, where they initially worked as an IT Support Specialist, handling various IT-related tasks. Later, they transitioned to the role of Software Developer.

They did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their formal education, Taylor obtained certifications in the field. In May 2021, they completed the "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" course offered by Coursera in collaboration with Google. Furthermore, in May 2023, they achieved the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" certification through Amazon Web Services Training and Certification.
