Prior to this, Motaz served as Director of HR & Business Strategy for Millennium Energy Industries, overseeing operations in the MENA and Latin America regions from November 2007 to April 2015. Additionally, Motaz held the position of Senior Manager in HR & Business Strategy at Catalyst Investment Management and worked as Area Sales Manager at Donuts Factory. Motaz began the professional journey as a Junior Business Development and Administrative Assistant to the CEO at Estarta Solutions. Academically, Motaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Petra.
