Mary Scribner

Mary Scribner has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Shanahan's Steakhouse since March 2017. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of General Manager at 801 Restaurant Group from May 2016 to January 2017 and managed Shanahan's Steakhouse from January 2010 to May 2016. Early career stages included roles as Wine Buyer and Sales and Event Manager at Brook's Steak House and Cellar, as well as various positions at Del Frisco's Steakhouse and 801 Steak and Chop House. Mary earned a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1988 and 1992.
