Ren Zhijie

Dr. Ren Zhijie is Shanda’s Chief Blockchain Scientist. Prior to joining Shanda, Zhijie worked in VeChain as a Senior Blockchain Researcher. Before that, he worked in Delft University of Technology as a Postdoctoral researcher in the Cyber Security Group with a research focus on the consensus protocol in blockchain.

Dr. Ren holds a Ph.D. in Information Theory, an M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from Beihang University in Beijing.
