Leng Weiqing, currently Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Ms. Leng was a member of the Party Committee of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Director of the Corporate Leadership Management Division, Vice President of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Electric Power Station Group, Member of the Department of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Director of the Economic Cadre Division, Director of the Corporate Cadre Management Office and Director of the Corporate Cadre Division, Vice Minister of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Director of the Office of Shanghai Municipal Organization Committee. Ms. Leng graduated from China Youth Politics College, holds a bachelor's degree in education, an executive MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and is a senior economist.
