Kim Siang Khaw

Tenured Fellow And Associate Professor

Kim Siang Khaw is currently a Tsung-Dao Lee Fellow and Associate Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, involved in leading beam-dynamics analyses for the Fermilab Muon g-2 experiment. Previously, Kim served as a Research Associate at the University of Washington, where responsibilities included developing QA test benches for photodetectors and leading a 50-person data analysis group. Additional experience includes an IT Officer role at Telejob, focusing on the development and maintenance of an online job platform, and a Research Assistant position at ETH Zurich, specializing in Monte Carlo simulations for muon experiments. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Elementary Particle Physics from ETH Zürich, an M.Sc. from The University of Tokyo, and a B.Sc. in Physics from Kyoto University.
