Casey Ho

Casey Ho currently serves as VP of Strategy & Business Transformation and Head of Sustainability at Shangri-La Group, focusing on the implementation of a new ESG vision and strategy while addressing climate-related risks. Previously, in the role of Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Casey supported strategic communications and managed various company events. Prior experience includes working as a Special Assistant to the Chairman at Prudential plc, where initiatives on ESG integration and partnerships were spearheaded. Earlier in the career, Casey was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, leading over 25 projects for multinational clients in the financial services sector. Education includes a BBA in Global Business and Finance from HKUST Business School and the University of Pennsylvania.
