Frank Lau

Frank Lau currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Shangri-La Group since December 2020, having previously held the position of Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes working as the Learning and Development Manager at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong from June 2018 to November 2020, and various roles within the same hotel from August 2006 to May 2018, including Assistant Front Office Manager and Service Manager - Rooms Divisional Trainer. Frank Lau began the career as a Front Office Agent after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Tourism, and Restaurant Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2002 and 2006.
