Gagandeep Singh Sawhney

Gagandeep Singh Sawhney is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef and Culinary Centre of Excellence Specialist for the MEIA Region at Shangri-La Group since August 2015. Gagandeep has been promoted through various roles at Shangri-La, including Executive Chef and Head Chef. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Sous Chef at AMAN for a luxury resort in Phuket, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and catering operations. Previous roles also include Sous Chef at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-La Villingli Resorts Maldives, Chef de Partie at Raffles Dubai, and Demi Chef De Partie at One&Only Resorts. Gagandeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from JPIHM, Merrut, and completed secondary education at Mira Model School.
