With a career spanning over three decades, Sharon's previous roles include Director of Events Management at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong and Director of Catering & MICE at The Langham, Hong Kong. Sharon has consistently driven strategies to meet and exceed budgetary goals, having successfully led teams and managed diverse catering operations at prestigious establishments such as Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club and Aberdeen Marina Club. Sharon's educational background includes a Higher Diploma in IMCS with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
