Susan Papps

Susan Papps is an experienced operations and office manager with a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Shannon Leigh since May 2021, Susan has previously held key administrative roles, including Office Manager at Tipping Structural Engineers from October 2013 to June 2019, and at Tsao Design Group from 2006 to 2009. Additional experience includes serving as Office Manager at Brereton Architects for nearly a decade and working as an Administrator at MIG from 2009 to 2013. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
