Tracy Hansen

Tracy Hansen is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in revenue cycle management and patient access. Currently serving as the Director of Denial Prevention at Shannon Medical Center since October 2024, Tracy previously held the role of National Director of Revenue Cycle at Steward Health Care from September 2020 to October 2024, where Tracy also worked as a Senior Manager focusing on financial clearance. Prior experience includes managing patient access and central scheduling at St Luke's Health Resources from June 2013 to September 2020, as well as serving as an Application Consultant at Children's Hospital and Medical Center of Omaha from August 2012 to June 2013. Tracy's career began at Texas Health Resources, where Tracy worked as a PAS Systems Coordinator from September 2007 to August 2012.
