Alec Hersh

Alec came to Birmingham from Clearwater, FL in 2014 to attend Samford University and quickly made this city home. He graduated in December 2017 with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. Prior to joining Shannon Waltchack as an Associate on the team, he had worked 3 years in the non-profit sector, first with M-POWER Ministries and then with Metro Atlanta Collective.

At Shannon Waltchack, Alec works in all aspects of the brokerage team. He has a passion for helping people, solving problems, and helping his community flourish. Like Shannon Waltchack, he loves real estate and believes that, when practiced with excellence, it has the power to transform lives and communities for the better.
