Anna Kate Teal

Anna Kate works with the Leasing Team assisting with the daily activities of the leasing operations department and implementing its leasing strategy and plan. She represents Shannon Waltchack as the Landlord in local portfolio lease negotiations and transactions. Anna Kate previously served as the Marketing & Transaction Coordinator coordinating brokerage transactions and managing listings.

Originally from Auburn, AL, Anna Kate graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in May 2018 with a degree in business administration. Her career in CRE began in Nashville, TN where she was an Executive Assistant at a boutique development firm focusing on condos and mixed-use development.
