Eric T. Crook

As Property Manager, Eric communicates regularly with tenants, vendors and owners, taking initiative to prevent issues before they arise. He works closely with the Leasing Team to coordinate amendments and renewals throughout the portfolio. Eric manages inspections, site visits, tenant maintenance requests, capital improvement projects, property reporting and much more!

Eric is a native of Weaver, AL and attended Jacksonville State University.
