Swapnil Karwa

Swapnil Karwa is an experienced professional in the field of education and social work, currently serving as a Manager (Sr. Program Associate) at Shantilal Muttha Foundation since January 2017, where the focus is on the Model School Program, a state government initiative aimed at enhancing public education quality as outlined in NEP 2020. With over four and a half years at Shantilal Muttha Foundation, Swapnil has undertaken various roles across different organizational programs. Previously, Swapnil worked as a Project Coordinator at CHF India Foundation from June 2016 to January 2017, overseeing the planning and implementation of the "Safe Kids at Home" Program. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Awakening Jagriti - India from June 2012 to March 2016, where trainings were conducted to improve the capacity of primary teachers on child-friendly schooling and child rights. Swapnil holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in May 2012.
