Malay Majee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Shantinath Detergents (SDPL) since June 2022, Malay previously held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Licious - Born to meat from August 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Malay worked at Britannia Industries Limited as a Production Manager from October 2019 to August 2021 and spent over a decade at ITC Limited in various roles, including Assistant Operations Manager and Senior Executive Officer. Malay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, completed in 2008.

Shantinath Detergents Pvt. Ltd started its journey as the erstwhile Safechem Industries in 1983 with its flagship detergent brand SAFED. In the last 40 years, it has expanded into the wider gamut of home cleaning solutions, offering both detergent and dishwasher category products.
