Jim Olson is currently employed as a National Account Executive at Shapco Printing Inc. Jim is also the creator of the What Are You Dealing With?™ Business Analysis & Performance Improvement Process and the Principal and Founder of Comuniquest, Inc. Prior to their current roles, Jim worked as a National Account Executive at The Bernard Group, Inc. and as a Senior Account Executive at Moore BCS. Jim holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
