Jardel Braga Pinto serves as Vice President of Value Assurance at Shape since January 2023 and has held the position of Maintenance Strategy & Equipment Reliability Manager at MODEC, Inc. since December 2019. At MODEC, Jardel manages the Maintenance Strategy & Equipment Reliability department, focusing on predictive maintenance and asset reliability across the fleet. Previously at Braskem, Jardel coordinated Predictive Technologies and Digital Transformation, enhancing the reliability of industrial assets through innovative improvements and the development of asset monitoring centers. Jardel's extensive career includes various engineering roles in maintenance and reliability, beginning in 1996 at Copesul. Jardel holds multiple degrees, including a post-graduate degree in Engineering of Machines from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
