Maja Kolarz

Maja Kolarz has been working in various roles since 2020. In 2020, they were a Museum Guide at Muzeum Historii Fotografii w Krakowie, a Co-Lecturer at Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie, and a Resident of ART + DESIGN + SCIENCE program at Science Now. In 2021, they were an Intern at The Happiness Research Institute, a Communication & Design at W21 Women 21st century, and a VIP Desk Staff at CHART. Additionally, they were an Independent Curator and Producer at Important Public Announcement. Currently, they are a Talent Onboarding Coordinator at both Shape Games and Shape.

Maja Kolarz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Jagiellonian University, which they obtained in 2019. Maja is currently a Master's degree student in Art History at the same university, with a specialization in Curating. Maja has also obtained several certifications, including "Where good ideas come from? - how to conduct a group creative process" from Warsztat Innow in 2020, the MoMA "Seeing Through Photographs" course from The Museum of Modern Art in 2020, an IELTS Certificate C1 from the British Council in 2019, the ECHOCAST - European Cultural Heritage Organizations Customer Awareness Staff Training from Pałac w Wilanowie. Muzeum in 2018, Protection of Cultural Heritage from the National Institute for Museums and Public Collections, Poland in 2016, and Intercultural competence from The Centre for European Studies, Jagiellonian University in 2014.
